Land Rover Mission Viejo, now part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our service department to the next level. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on professional who understands dealership processes, leads by example, and knows how to develop top-performing technicians.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technicians through coaching, training, and accountabilityEnsure shop productivity, quality, and efficiency meet or exceed dealership standardsOversee repair quality, diagnostics, and workflow to support customer satisfactionEnforce and improve service processes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelinesAct as a technical resource and problem-solver for complex repairsCollaborate with Service Advisors and Management to drive performance and profitabilityWhat We’re Looking For:

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $84,600.00 - $186,400.00.
This is a performance driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions based on Department Net, and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Department Production (Flat Rate Hours Sold)
