Join a Manufacturing facility where you will play a pivotal role in the Shipping & Receiving departmentAs a Shipping Supervisor, you will oversee the entire outbound shipment process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of goodsThis involves preparing documents, scheduling carriers, tracking deliveries, and resolving issuesYour role is crucial in liaising with customers and internal teams to maintain seamless operations

Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate outbound shipment processesPrepare necessary documents such as packing lists, customs forms, and ASNsSchedule and manage carrier pickups and deliveriesOversee packaging and labeling processesManage shipping software and handle invoicesMaintain accurate shipping recordsCommunicate effectively with customers and internal teamsEnsure regulatory compliance in all shipping activitiesCoordinate all shipments within the department

Essential Skills

Experience with PLEX software within last 5 years Experience in coordinating scheduling pickups and managing carriers in a shipping & receiving environmentProven track record of overseeing a shipping department in an automotive settingProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sterling Heights, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Working thru new benefits package and working with the US to match the market\nStarting from the ground up; would help get to make the plant what it is.\nThey just launched their 2nd shift; would eventually launch 3rd shift by Q4 / Q1 2025\n\nHealth\nDental \nVision\n401K Match\n2 Weeks PTO after 90 days\nLTD
