**Shipping Supervisor – $24–$28/hr** Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Location: Jacksonville, FL **Job Description:** We are seeking a hands-on Shipping Supervisor to lead a team of three in our shipping department. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, forklift experience (including 15-ton forklifts), and experience in loading and securing large manufactured trailers for transport. **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise and support a team of 3 shipping employees + Assist in loading trailers onto trucks, ensuring optimal fit and secure placement + Move and turn trailers as needed to maximize space + Train and mentor team members on forklift operation and safety + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Collaborate with the production team to meet shipping deadlines **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of supervisory experience in a shipping or warehouse environment + Experience operating forklifts, including 15-ton models + Proven ability to load and secure large items for transport + Strong communication and leadership skills + Ability to train others on equipment and safety procedures **Why Join Us?** + Competitive Pay: $24–$28/hr based on experience + Growth Opportunities: Raises based on performance, skill, and work ethic.
