DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•\tMonitor shipping reports for Pierce sales orders that are ready to be shipped paying close attention to Pierce’s OTD reporting requirements.

•\tRelease pick tickets for Pierce orders.

•\tPick Pierce sales orders.

•\tPack Pierce orders.

•\tProcess Pierce orders through the system.

•\tCoordinate with Pierce their weekly “milk runs”.

•\tWork with the Customer Service team for any issues arising with sales orders that are generated in the system.

•\tWork with designated department employees with regards to orders that are not or will not be ready on required ship dates.

•\tUtilize material handling devices for retrieval and movement of product, i.e. forklift.

•\tCross train with Shipping Coordinator to backup as needed.

•\tAll other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
