Shipping & Receiving Specialist
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely movement of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, staging and shipping finished products, maintaining accurate records, and keeping shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean and organized.

Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Support all shipping and receiving activities to maintain efficient material flow throughout the facilityReceive incoming raw materials and supplies, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect materials for damage or quality concernsStage finished goods for shipment and inspect trailers prior to loadingLoad and unload materials and finished products manually or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipmentAccurately complete all required documentation, logs, and shipping/receiving paperworkMonitor inventory conditions and report aged materials, discrepancies, safety hazards, or equipment issues to managementShipping & Receiving Specialist Qualifications:
Forklift experience requiredShipping and/or receiving experience preferredBasic math skillsAbility to complete written documentation legiblySelf-motivated with the ability to follow instructions and work under supervisionApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
