**Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments of military products. You will play a key role in maintaining our warehouse operations through meticulous attention to detail and strong computer skills. **Responsibilities** + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. + Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP Systems to track shipments. + Accurately perform visual checks on products before shipping. + Document and report any discrepancies or damages. + Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to customer and carrier requirements. + Generate shipping labels and documentation using internal systems. + Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries. + Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area. + Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of warehouse experience, including reading work orders. + Proficiency with Warehouse Management Software, Oracle, and Salesforce. + Experience with email communication and data entry. + Ability to use RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hazmat certification is preferred but not required. + Experience in shipping, loading/unloading, inventory, and other warehouse duties. **Why Work Here?** Join a well-known military supplier with a strong reputation in the industry. You will work closely with a variety of other warehouse workers. The standard shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility to start as early as 7:00 AM or as late as 5:30 PM during busy seasons. Close-toed shoes are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
