This position is integral to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our operations, supporting commercial aerospace and military programs. **Responsibilities** + Pack and label parts for shipment according to specifications. + Schedule shipments and generate necessary shipping documents in compliance with DOT, IATA, and customer requirements. + Receive incoming materials and distribute them to production areas as needed. + Maintain organization of parts and packaging materials. + Conduct inventory counts and reconciliation activities. + Notify purchasing when supplies require replenishment. + Enter shipping and receiving data into internal business systems. + Adhere to ISO 9001 policies and internal procedures. + Maintain confidentiality of processed information. + Support additional shipping, packaging, and material handling tasks as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations. + Ability to pack and ship parts per specifications, including preparing shipping documents and labels. + Capability to receive incoming materials and allocate parts correctly. + Familiarity with following customer packaging instructions and compliance with DOT/IATA requirements. + Experience in data processing within internal business systems. + Physical ability to lift, move, count, and organize parts and packaging materials. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required. + Prior experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations. + Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment. + Strong organizational skills. + Effective verbal communication skills. + Ability to stand, bend, reach, squat, and lift throughout the shift. + Flexibility to work extended schedules and overtime when required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
