Our client, a leader in electrical solutions and logistics, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Associate

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $20+/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday:  6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

What's the Job?

Ensure the smooth and accurate flow of products throughout the facility Move materials to their correct locations, restock shelves, and maintain an organized warehouse Safely operate a forklift and other equipment to load, unload, and move materials Prepare finished goods for shipment by organizing, completing paperwork, shrink-wrapping pallets, and loading trailers Support inventory management by pulling Kanban cards and verifying incoming materials and quantities

What's Needed?

3-5 years of experience in Shipping and Receiving Experience with forklift operation, computer data entry, and general material handling High school diploma or GED preferred Attention to detail, strong counting and picking skills, and basic computer system knowledge Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
