**Position Overview** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Shipping & Receiving Associates** to join a renowned manufacturing company in Broomfield, CO. This role is essential to the smooth and efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments. You’ll play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing packages for shipment, and ensuring all documentation complies with company and carrier standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; promptly report and document any discrepancies or damages. + Accurately prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. + Generate and apply shipping labels; ensure all accompanying documentation is correct and complete. + Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records using internal systems. + Audit invoices, shipping logs, and inventory records for accuracy and consistency. + Support general warehouse operations, including stock organization and inventory control. + Safely handle and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. + Follow all safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. **Qualifications** + At least **1 year of experience** in shipping, receiving, or a related warehouse/logistics role. + Proficient in basic computer tasks including data entry and document printing. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. + High school diploma or GED (U.S.-issued only). + Must be a **Colorado resident** . **Shift: 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday** **Pay: $20-22/hr, depending on experience** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
