**Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Associate**
**Job Description**
As a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless shipping, receiving, and stocking of finished goods required to fulfill customer orders. You will be responsible for managing shipments using an ERP system or tablet, preparing and packaging products, and upholding quality standards for incoming and outgoing shipments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet.
+ Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment.
+ Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards.
+ Receive, stock, and rotate product; identify, tag, store, and locate finished inventory (70%).
+ Create and apply documents such as shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading for each pallet/shipment (10%).
+ Maintain a clean work environment (10%).
+ Perform other duties as assigned (10%).
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with ERP systems.
+ Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
+ Material handling skills.
+ Forklift operation experience (6+ months).
+ Ability to read and write accurately.
+ High attention to detail.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ UPS and FedEx software experience preferred but not required.
+ Previous warehouse lead experience highly preferred.
+ Comfort with heights, as the role involves using a cherry picker.

**Work Environment**
This role requires regular standing, walking, seeing, talking, and hearing. You will occasionally sit and operate large equipment, requiring constant positioning to maintain equipment operation. You must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with proper techniques. The work environment emphasizes safety and efficiency in handling materials.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
