**Shipping Clerk** **Location:** Fall River, MA **Pay Range:** $22.00 – $26.00 per hour **Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM **About the Role** Our client is seeking an experienced **Shipping Clerk** to join their Shipping and Receiving team. The ideal candidate will have **Reach Truck experience** and a strong background in shipping operations. This role provides light supervisory support and serves as a backup to the Shipping Supervisor when needed. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist the Shipping Supervisor in all aspects of shipping and warehouse management. + Provide intermittent peer supervision and act as department backup in supervisor’s absence. + Execute all aspects of the order pick and ship process for freight and small parcel shipments. + Accurately pick customer orders and inspect products for quality. + Wrap pallets, load trucks, and operate reach truck, forklift, and pallet jack. + Use handheld scanners for transactions and JD Edwards for order administration. + Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and Outlook with internal departments and external carriers. + Troubleshoot issues such as stuck orders and carrier discrepancies. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required. + **Experience:** + 3–5 years of shipping experience (domestic and international). + 3–5 years of reach truck operation experience. + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency. + Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for prolonged periods. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. **Why Join Us?** If you’re interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, **click “Apply Now”** and a recruiter will contact you to discuss this exciting role.
