Job Description

A Warehouse Team Lead oversees daily warehouse operations, guiding a team to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and safety in order fulfillment and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow coordination.Lead and supervise a team, providing training, assigning tasks, and motivating staff.Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and resolving discrepancies.Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements.Verify shipments for quality control and accuracy.Make quick decisions to address operational issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.Communicate clearly with managers, drivers, and cross-functional teams.

Essential Skills

Experience in inventory management.Proficiency in using forklifts and managing shipping and receiving processes.Leadership and supervision skills.Strong organizational skills.Attention to detail in quality control.Problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior warehouse or logistics leadership experience.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).Ability to lift and move materials safely.Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
