Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Wage - up to 25/hr.

Shift Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with overtime available .

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Coordinator to join our team on the production floor. This role is crucial in overseeing all outgoing materials, ensuring the accuracy of associated waybills, purchase orders, and work orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data into the Job Boss Software System, printing work orders and shipping labels, and coordinating the transportation of products with various companies.

Responsibilities

Oversee all outgoing materials and associated paperwork for accuracy.Enter data into the Job Boss Software System.Print work orders and shipping labels.Facilitate product transport across various transportation companies through online and telephone scheduling.Ensure all logistics are coordinated efficiently to avoid disruptions.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in shipping and receiving, waybills, and product orders.Experience with computer operation and data entry.Knowledge of logistics coordination, especially in oil and gas or machine shop environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or internal shipping software.Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience in a production or machine shop environment.
