**Job Title: Shipping Specialist** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Shipping Specialist where you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling, staging, and loading orders. You will ensure all products are shipped in optimal condition, taking care to pad, wrap, bolt, and strap as necessary. Collaborate with team members to organize the warehouse and maintain a safe, productive environment. **Responsibilities** + Accurately pull, stage, and load orders while ensuring product integrity. + Prepare shipments to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. + Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized warehouse. + Report supply needs and equipment breakdowns to the supervisor or lead. + Operate pallet jacks and forklifts efficiently. + Utilize inventory control systems, including SAP. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment. + Effective communication skills in English (speak, read, write, and understand). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive benefits including a 401K plan with matching up to 4% and profit sharing.
