**Shipping Clerk in Nashville, TN 37210** **Job Description** The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storage, and cycle counting. This position supports manufacturing operations, meeting compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality system requirements. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with supply chain teams to execute tasks efficiently and on time. **Responsibilities** + Receive, check, and verify in-bound materials in a cleanroom environment. + Store materials in appropriate storage areas and assist with warehouse cleaning and organization to meet safety and quality standards. + Fill internal requests for materials and deliver them to various destinations within the facility. + Properly package items for safe transport and arrange shipment of out-bound materials. + Enter data related to receiving, inventory control, movement, and shipping of materials. + Process and file relevant paperwork. + Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as directed. + Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures related to daily duties. + Adhere to all GMP site safety and quality policies. + Maintain cleanliness of supply chain areas. + Demonstrate good documentation practices with strong attention to detail. + Perform all other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in inventory management and cycle counting. + Experience with packing and packaging processes. + Strong skills in inventory control and data entry. + Ability to verify in-bound materials accurately. + Experience in a cleanroom environment. + Good documentation practices with attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Understanding of GMP site safety and quality policies. + Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures. + Strong organizational skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a clean, climate-controlled facility that is part of a new state-of-the-art medical manufacturing environment. Shifts available: 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm), 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
