**Job Title: Shipping Clerk** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Specialist to join our warehouse operations team at our manufacturing facility. This role focuses primarily on Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and international freight shipping, ensuring timely and accurate outbound logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP platforms and be comfortable performing general warehouse duties as needed. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate and execute outbound shipments, with a focus on LTL and international freight. + Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and commercial invoices. + Schedule pickups with carriers and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations. + Use WMS/ERP systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and update order statuses. + Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper packaging. + Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues. + Maintain shipping records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. + Assist with general warehouse tasks such as inventory counts, order picking, and maintaining a clean work environment. **Essential Skills** + 1–3 years of experience in a shipping-focused warehouse role. + Strong knowledge of LTL and international freight processes and documentation. + Proficiency with WMS and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.). + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts). + Excellent organizational and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with international shipping regulations and Incoterms is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, fostering a supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes employee well-being. **Work Environment** Manufacturing warehouse setting with a fast-paced, hands-on atmosphere.
