Job Description
This position involves receiving, packaging, and stocking all incoming materials, as well as managing the shipping of assembly work orders according to customer requirements. The role accommodates individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming products and verify that physical quantities match electronic quantities.Verify part, lot, and quantity picked matches pick list. Select appropriate packaging method and label parts per customer requirements.Use customer-specific portals to upload documents, create advance shipping notices and/or bills of lading, and create additional shipping documents as necessary.Use powered equipment or manual pallet jack to safely move items within the warehouse and prepare for shipment.Process small package and LTL shipments through various carriers and schedule freight pick up daily.Communicate daily with sales/purchasing departments on order/package issues, delays, damage, or any other occurrences affecting outgoing or future orders.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse both physically and electronically.Ensure purchase orders and work orders are closed accurately.Perform inventory cycle counts on a prescribed basis.Essential SkillsWarehouse shippingInventory count and stock managementShipping & receivingMaterials handling1 year of relevant experienceComputer proficiencyForklift operationPallet jack usageExperience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shippingAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 70 pounds, and rarely lift or move up to 100 pounds.Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.Occasional requirement to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Preston, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
