Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Worker within our warehouse and shipping departments. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations and high-quality standards in our facility.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (training provided).Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.Load and unload trucks with attention to detail.Conduct ERP transactions and maintain accurate records.Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and communication.Handle shipping documentation and ensure compliance.Perform quality inspections to uphold standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization through routine cleaning.Communicate consistently and frequently with team members.Label products and shipments accurately.

Essential Skills

At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.Ability to accept training and feedback openly.Experience in inventory management, forklift operation, packing, and general labor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with RF scanners and material handling.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
