**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Worker** **Job Description** As a Shipping and Receiving Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory control system. You will be responsible for checking, storing, issuing, and shipping various items while maintaining accurate inventory records. **Responsibilities** + Use assistance and powered mechanical means to load, unload, store, and deliver incoming and outgoing materials. + Prepare and package small and large parts according to proper procedures and materials. + Process purchase orders for spare tooling and materials. + Proficiently use computer hardware and software to manage inventory. + Oversee parts preparation, material handling, and equipment calibration logs. + Maintain government tooling property in accordance with military regulations. + Maintain contact with personnel from various departments to ensure material and process accuracy. + Utilize measuring and weight recording devices effectively. + Keep equipment and surrounding areas clean and organized. + Support and adhere to EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement guidelines. + Perform other duties as assigned, including working extended shifts or overtime as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, material handling, and packaging. + Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and inventory control systems. + Ability to conduct cycle counts and order picking. + Comfortable with logistics and warehouse packing operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma. + US Citizenship. + Proficiency in English speaking, understanding, and reading. + Previous experience in a warehouse environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous 401(k) plans with employer matching, and tuition reimbursement.
