Job Title: Warehouse Lead – Day Shift | $24–$30/hr. | Direct Hire

We’re hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations. If you’re hands-on, organized, and experienced in logistics, this is your opportunity to lead a small team and keep things running smoothly.

💵Pay & Benefits$24.00 – $30.00/hr. Required:

2+ years of warehouse leadership experienceSkilled in inventory management and crate buildingForklift certified or experiencedFamiliar with shipping software and freight coordination

Preferred:

Training or education in logistics/supply chainExperience in custom sign fabricationLeadership or management certifications🏗️Work EnvironmentSmall, collaborative team (3 people)Shared space with fabrication teamHands-on work with large, custom signage📋Other InfoCompliance Requirements: B.G. check requiredPermanent role based in Bloomington, MN
