**Hiring for Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **in Plymouth, MN Pay $20-23/hr** **Job Description** The Shipping and Receiving Specialist performs a variety of tasks to move material from one location to another efficiently. Operating gas or electric-powered forklift trucks, you will move, stack, load, and unload materials within the plant and warehouse. Additionally, you will conduct cycle counts, utilize an RF Scanner, and employ basic computer skills to manage shipping and receiving tasks. **Responsibilities** + Operate gas or electric-powered forklift trucks to move, stack, load, or unload materials. + Conduct cycle counts and utilize an RF Scanner for inventory management. + Perform tasks related to shipping and receiving operations. + Assist in the metal finishing department as needed. + Fill in as a shop helper during downtime to maintain a 40-hour workweek. + Utilize hand tools and demonstrate mechanical skills in various tasks. **Essential Skills** + 1+years of forklift experience. + Proficiency in cycle counting and using an RF Scanner. + Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment. + Basic computer skills for managing shipping and receiving operations. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy pay increases every six months, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a flexible spending account.
