We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage inventory and order processes using electronic systems. This role involves on-site program replenishments, disbursements, receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, and customer service call resolution. The ideal candidate will proactively communicate with supervisors and engage in process improvement activities.

ResponsibilitiesPerform inventory and order management using electronic systems.Conduct on-site program replenishments and disbursements.Manage receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts.Handle order entry, expediting, and customer service call resolution.Process product returns and manage backorders.Follow standard operating procedures within computer systems.Proactively communicate customer concerns and potential problems to the supervisor.Address customer concerns effectively within established resolution timeframes.Engage in process improvement activities.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.Essential SkillsExperience in inventory, shipping, and receiving.Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems.Proficiency in operating forklifts.Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.Desire to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various levels of personnel.Ability to use handheld scanners and enter data in various systems.Analytical skills to review and understand reports.Computer proficiency with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite.Organizational skills to multitask and meet due dates.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.1 year of related experience within inventory management is preferred.Experience in customer service is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work the second shift from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. The role requires wearing personal protective equipment such as lab coats, coveralls, hoods, facemasks, hairnets, safety gloves, steel-toe shoes, bump hats, and/or safety glasses, depending on the area of the building. Be prepared to lift, push, and pull 30-40 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Regularly stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the possibility of overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.90 - $21.90/hr.
