**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join a global supplier of automobile seats and interior trim. This position is for the B shift and involves managing shipping and receiving orders using WMS software. The role includes coordinating with truckers and requires leadership capabilities. **Responsibilities** + Schedule trucks and assign docks + Assign orders to forklift drivers + Work with trucking companies/vendors + WMS/ERP/Excel + Run shipping and receiving orders using WMS software. + Coordinate logistics with truckers. + Manage inventory control and kitting processes. + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling. + Select and pack orders efficiently. + Utilize ERP systems and RF scanners for inventory tracking. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Proficiency in WMS, SAP, and ERP systems. + Competency in inventory control and logistics. + Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. + Experience with FedEx shipping processes. + Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a variety of benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.
