Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our Shipping and Receiving Office Team. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. The position involves working the 3rd shift during the weekend, from 5pm to 5am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry tasks.Provide excellent customer service.Utilize SAP for order entry and operations.Handle shipping and receiving tasks.Collaborate effectively with other team members.Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and customer service.Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.Good math skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.Ability to work well with others.Flexibility in work hours.Work Environment
The role requires working the 3rd shift on weekends from 5pm to 5am, Friday through Sunday. The work environment is primarily a normal office setting, with occasional exposure to a warehouse environment. This may include fluctuations in temperature and humidity, as well as exposure to heavy motorized vehicle traffic.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
