We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented **Shipping & Receiving Clerk** to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring products are accurately moved, tracked, and prepared for shipment. **Position Overview** In this role, you will be responsible for moving pallets throughout the facility, loading and unloading trucks, performing routine inventory checks, and preparing orders for shipment. This position is hands‑on and active—perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy throughout the day. **Key Responsibilities** + Transport pallets safely and efficiently throughout the facility + Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks + Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate material counts + Utilize scanners and warehouse management systems to track products + Use computers to review inventory and shipment information + Package and prepare products for outgoing shipments + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment **Required Skills & Experience** + **2+ years of forklift experience** (narrow‑aisle forklift experience is a plus) + Strong computer skills, including basic Microsoft Office proficiency + Comfortable working in a **fast‑paced warehouse environment** + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in plastics manufacturing is a bonus, but **not required** **Work Environment** + Fast‑paced, controlled manufacturing setting + Frequent walking, lifting, and moving throughout the day + Collaborative team environment with supportive leadership **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
