**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk** Job Description As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include physically receiving incoming products, verifying necessary documentation, and maintaining ERP system accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and shipping customer orders accurately using third-party software and handling shipments to outside services when applicable. Responsibilities + Physically receive incoming products and enter them into the ERP system using a standup forklift and pallet jack. + Segregate, document, and review damaged or non-conforming products. + Receive kanban parts into the ERP system and stock them accordingly. + Verify all necessary documentation at the time of product receipt. + Review customer orders to ensure correct products are shipped. + Collect, package, palletize, and prepare products for shipment. + Use third-party shipping software to complete outgoing shipments. + Maintain ERP accuracy related to shipment of products. + Complete shipments to outside services, as applicable. Essential Skills + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. + 6+ months of shipping and receiving experience. + Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately. + Computer literacy and ability to learn company software programs such as the ERP system. + Ability to stand on feet for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs. + 3+ months of forklift experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Preferred standup forklift experience and certification. + Preferred manufacturing experience. + ERP system experience. + Inventory control knowledge. Work Environment The work involves creating cable and wire harnesses used in electronic and medical parts, contracted out across the country. The environment is very clean, organized, and quiet, with temperature control for comfort. Work stations are mostly individual, offering sitting and standing options, and bench seating setups. Employees have their own space at work benches, ensuring a safe and friendly atmosphere. The 1st shift operates from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
