You will be responsible for quality control by matching hard copies to virtual copies, indexing, and creating file names using proprietary software. The position requires precision and attention to detail while performing general labor tasks in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities + Bring cartons to the Prep table and remove documents in small batches. + Remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners from documents. + Straighten bent corners or folded pages to ensure documents lay flat. + Return documents to cartons in the original order. + Perform quality control by matching hard copies to virtual copies on a computer screen. + Index and create file names using proprietary software.
