Shipping And Receiving Clerk
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Pick and post production parts using pick tickets or electronic handheld devices. + Perform complex and varied assembly tasks using standard procedures, tools, materials, and equipment. + Construct and assemble developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components from blueprints, work instructions, or verbal guidance. + Use specialty tools such as torque wrenches for precise assembly. + Conduct valve testing and setting using a valve setting test stand. + Perform pneumatic testing on assemblies and accurately document results. + Deliver production parts to designated staging areas. + Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. + Conduct tests on Danfoss, SMC, and PTO assemblies per engineering procedures. + Prepare detailed reports on test findings and recommend solutions for identified issues. + Report nonconformances to the supervisor and support quality assurance efforts. + Implement and uphold the company’s Quality Policy and Procedures. + Participate in team-based strategies to meet quality objectives and support system reviews. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required; one year of related experience or training preferred. + Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. + Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus. + Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow supervisory direction respectfully. **Physical Demands** + Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. + Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms. + Occasionally required to sit and communicate verbally. + Specific vision abilities include close vision. **Work Environment** + Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts. + Occasional exposure to chemicals and vibration. + Noise level is typically loud. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
