**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team on a long-term basis. This role is crucial to our operations as it involves handling shipping and receiving tasks, packaging, and assisting in production by deburring knives manually. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our efficiency in delivering high-quality knife products worldwide. **Responsibilities** + Manage shipping and receiving tasks in a warehouse setting. + Print shipping labels, box products, and handle general picking and packing. + Receive raw products and provide them to the production team and machinists. + Assist in deburring machined imperfections using hand tools. + Ensure that all shipping and receiving activities are executed with attention to detail and efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse environment. + Basic computer skills for printing labels. + Ability to handle inventory and maintain accurate records. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production settings. + Familiarity with warehouse inventory management. **Why Work Here?** Join a medium-sized local machine shop in Boise, Idaho, and become part of a consistent and reliable workforce. The environment involves tight quarters in certain areas with modern CNC machines. The role follows a Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm shift. Dress code includes work clothes such as jeans, t-shirts, closed-toed shoes, and face masks are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, Idaho. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
