**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in preparing products for shipment and managing returns. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with external services efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Prepare products for shipment and return to stock. + Operate marking and banding machines. + Manage product identification and documentation. + Complete documentation such as MTR, packing slip, and bill of lading. + Verify the match between the shop router and product material; ensure proper sign-off on the router before shipping. + Conduct daily equipment maintenance; verify product weights and conditions. + Load/unload products onto trucks. + Coordinate with truck drivers and external services. + Address shipping exceptions, report issues, and implement corrective actions. + Adhere to company safety standards and emergency procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and logistics. + Strong inventory control and order selection skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to operate marking and banding machines. + Proficiency in managing product identification and documentation processes. + Experience in completing documentation such as MTR, packing slips, and bills of lading. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
