Will be doing both shipping and receiving. Majority of the time will be doing shipping but need to be able to float back and forth. Every hour will get a print out of what needs to be shipped. Will go get product from warehouse, package/box it up and ship it out. There is a standard process about 70% of the time but also need to be able to accommodate special client procedures. Will use MRP system to track product in inventory and shipping/receiving. When receiving product will help unload product and put things away.\n•\tReceives, unpacks and examines goods received and verifies completeness of order against invoices. Process paperwork, may enter data in computer. Delivers goods to appropriate area for further processing such as QA or Stores.\n•\tTroubleshoot problems with appropriate department. Enter drop ship information in system, print reports and distribute as required.\n•\tBox and crate parts or palletize parts if necessary. Either incoming or outgoing.\n•\tShip parts via UPS, including boxing and UPS documentation.\n•\tReceive and deliver returned parts. Log as necessary.\n•\tSchedule ship methods, carriers and dates.\n•\tLoad and unload major components such as dryers or compressors.\n•\tParts and materials handling as required. \n•\tAssist co-workers.\n•\tFollow safe job practices. Ensure products are secure before loading lifts. Ensure work environment is safe.\n•\tDetermine best procedure to do assignment efficiently and accurately.\n•\tNotify appropriate personnel if changes required.\n•\tDo other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
