**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk text 8 4 7 5 8 0 2 8 1 4** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team on the 1st shift. This position involves handling various warehouse tasks within an OEM manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for tasks such as picking, packing, manifesting, receiving incoming products, and scheduling shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL. **Responsibilities** + Pick, pack, and manifest shipments. + Receive incoming products and manage inventory. + Schedule shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL. + Call carriers when necessary. + Conduct inventory control and order selection. **Essential Skills** + Experience in picking, packing, and manifesting. + Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping processes. + Ability to schedule LTL trucks. + Strong inventory control and counting skills. + Excellent communication skills. + Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience operating a sit-down forklift. + Knowledge of P21 Warehouse Management Software. + Familiarity with Vertical Storage Machines (Kardex brand preferred). **Why Work Here?** Join an employee-owned company where everyone shares in the success. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with the warehouse located on the opposite side of the building. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover Park, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
