**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerks to join our dynamic team at a state-of-the-art facility. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of material handling and logistics within our organization.
**Responsibilities**
+ Keep materials stacked and efficiently move them throughout the facility.
+ Stock the production line when parts are running low.
+ Fill and unload pallets and tubs with precision.
+ Maintain accurate counts of inventory data.
+ Pull materials to the dock for outbound shipping.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
+ High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
+ Ability to lift, bend, and stretch throughout the entire shift, lifting 50-75 pounds.
+ Steel toe shoes or boots are required.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Sit-down forklift experience is preferred.
+ Forklift certification is advantageous.

**Work Environment**
The facility spans 150,000 square feet and has been recently remodeled, featuring a cleanroom environment emphasizing safety and cleanliness. It houses 244 Fanuc Robots, sub-assembly cells, flex cells, stand-alone cells, weld robots, and dispensing robots. As a non-union plant, it operates with unique processes where the plastics side is JIT, and the metals side is not. Please note, cell phones are not allowed on the floor. The standard shift is from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with extended hours up to 6:30 pm, and occasional Saturdays may be required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $20.50/hr.
