**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of orders. Your attention to detail and teamwork will be vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Pick and pack orders based on packing slips. + Build boxes and prepare shipments for dispatch. + Wrap and band pallets for delivery. + Organize inventory and assist with stock projects. + Maintain warehouse cleanliness through sweeping and shelf cleaning. + Navigate aisles using an alphanumeric system to locate items. + Support general shipping and receiving tasks. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse environment. + Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory control. + Ability to lift and move 50lb boxes and materials throughout the shift. + Attention to detail and ability to follow packing instructions. + Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions and complete paperwork. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Reliability and strong attendance record. + Forklift operation experience is a plus. + Comfortable working on your feet and navigating warehouse aisles. + Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a collaborative work environment with the opportunity for employment through November, potentially longer.
