**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. You will be responsible for standing all day by the packing bay, taking orders off the conveyor, and following packing orders meticulously to ensure correct packaging. **Responsibilities** + Stand by the packing bay and take orders off the conveyor. + Follow packing orders precisely to ensure accurate packaging. + Utilize SAP software for efficient inventory management. + Handle shipping and receiving tasks with great attention to detail. + Operate a forklift and pallet jack as needed. + Engage in inventory control and order selection processes. + Provide excellent customer service during packaging and shipping activities. **Essential Skills** + Experience with SAP software. + Attention to detail in packing and shipping tasks. + Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Understanding of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a plus. + Knowledge of aerospace industry is beneficial, especially related to packing parts for aviation structures. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and become part of a vibrant work environment that values precision and dedication. The work schedule offers staggered shifts from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The environment requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work with various packing and ERP systems. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, Georgia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
