Shipping and Receiving clerkJob Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipmentsPrepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standardsMaintain accurate records of all shipments and inventoryOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safelyCoordinate with carriers and vendors for pickups and deliveriesEnsure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulationsAssist with inventory counts and cycle audits

Pay:

$18 - $21 pending interview and experience

Location:

Santa Clarita, CAQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operationsFamiliarity with shipping software and inventory systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx, ERP systems)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsForklift certification is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
