The role involves coordinating and verifying records on incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, and supporting inventory counts. **Responsibilities** + Perform clerical and physical tasks to ensure accuracy of orders shipped and received. + Coordinate and verify records of incoming and outgoing shipments. + Prepare items for shipment. + Perform monthly inventory cycle counts and assist in physical inventory counts. + Track shipments and obtain proof of deliveries. + Trace missing or lost shipments. + Communicate issues with customer shipments to the Production Planner and Operations Manager. + Conduct daily inspection of shipping and receiving equipment to ensure safety and proper working condition. + Report any damaged or maintenance issues to the Operations Manager. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and warehouse operations. + Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems. + Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Inventory and cycle counting proficiency. + Logistics understanding. **APPLY TODAY!!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
