Currently hiring, seeking a diligent Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team located in the Horsham, PA . This role involves managing both incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the production and storage processes. Prior shipping and receiving experience, warehouse experience is required for this role, having strong computer skills and using RF scanners to keep track of inventory. This is a FULL TIME opportunity, offers WEEKLY PAY, and a LONG TERM opportunity.

ResponsibilitiesComplete daily receiving entries in the computer system and distribute them to the purchasing office for filing.Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shippers to rectify damages and shortages.Receive and process all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.Manage physical raw material and critical supply inventories, including maintenance and cleaning of the inventory area, organization, racking, inventory cycle counting, reporting, and monthly inventory accounting.Conduct actual physical counts of raw materials and tag controls.Manage all outbound shipments, prepare sequentially numbered paperwork in the software accounting system, manage packaging materials inventories, package products for shipment, and arrange transportation services.Effectively use UPS/FedEx software for summary reporting on request.Maintain all shipping materials and supplies.Perform all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.Support the shipment of goods produced and received goods and supplies to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the quality department.Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move, or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.Essential SkillsExperience in inventory control and logistics.Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.Forklift operation and material handling skills.Ability to verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong organizational and time management skills.Initiative and thoroughness in all tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Technical capacity with math aptitude and computer skills to use company shipping and receiving software.Ability to work overtime, as needed.Team support and collaborative work ethic.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
