Job Description
As a Logistics Admin, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints in a prompt and professional manner. You will maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution, regularly updating customers on shipments, inventory, and order status. Your role also involves ensuring accurate inventory records and reporting any damage or shortages, processing invoices and warehouse receipts within 24 hours of shipment arrival, and acting as a liaison between the warehouse and customers for account administration. Additionally, you will maintain detailed account processing procedures and organized paperwork, prepare reports on customer service activities, log and report damaged goods and customer feedback, and coordinate with departments to uphold service standards.

The position is onsite in Pasco and operates Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
