**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist**
**Job Description**
The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory entry, coordinating with customers, and organizing office files. This role will provide support to the General Manager and the production floor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage inventory entry and control.
+ Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes.
+ Organize and maintain office files efficiently.
+ Support the General Manager in administrative tasks.
+ Collaborate with the production floor to ensure accurate inventory management.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in Excel.
+ Experience in a production environment.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Data entry expertise.
+ Inventory management capabilities.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with SAP and Oracle systems.
+ Knowledge of scheduling and clerical duties.
+ Ability to manage work orders and purchase orders.
+ Understanding of bills of lading.
**Work Environment**
This role is based in a production, office, and warehouse environment, requiring collaboration with various teams and efficient use of office technologies.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FORT WORTH, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
