**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk 20-22/hr** **Job Description:** + Track inventory through ERP system and physical cycle counts. + Assist in reconciliation issues as they arise. + Coordinate with freight carriers and freight forwarders for accurate and timely shipments. + Handle large volumes of shipments efficiently. + Record weights and dimensions for packing and shipping purposes, entering data into the ERP system. + Read process forms and input data into the ERP system. + Apply commercial invoices to packages as required. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the accurate and efficient shipment of products. + Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner. + Maintain inventory records and manage shipping and receiving tasks. + Prepare and verify bills of lading. + Collaborate with parts clerks to ensure inventory accuracy. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in computer skills. + Strong organizational abilities. + Attention to detail. + Experience with inventory management. + Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with data entry. + Familiarity with GMP standards. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean environment that promotes efficiency and productivity.
