Job Title: Shipping and Receiving SpecialistJob Description

Join a dynamic team where you will play a vital role in managing the logistics of shipping and receiving within our warehouse. Utilize your skills in SAP and Excel to efficiently schedule and receive deliveries, while also managing FedEx and UPS deliveries. This position involves both administrative and hands-on tasks, including packaging and operating forklifts.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule deliveries using SAP and Excel.Manage FedEx and UPS deliveries efficiently.Handle packaging tasks and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.Perform general laborer duties when required.Conduct data entry tasks using Excel.Essential SkillsProficiency in forklift operation.Strong experience in shipping and receiving, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and inventory management systems such as WMS.Ability to perform cycle counts and material handling efficiently.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with RF scanners is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced, production-oriented manufacturing environment. The position is for the 2nd shift, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at our new Belcamp facility. Employees are required to wear steel-toed shoes. The company operates in both edible and non-edible product manufacturing, creating everything from seasoning for food products to essential oils for candles. The shipping and receiving department is medium-sized, fostering close communication and collaboration among team members.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belcamp, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
