**Job Title: Logistics Administrator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and tracking customer units for services, coordinating equipment movement, and reviewing customer purchase orders. You will be responsible for data entry and responding to customer inquiries regarding job status. **Responsibilities** + Issue and track customer units for services. + Arrange for the movement of equipment ordered. + Review customer purchase orders for required services. + Enter all data for requests accurately. + Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status, consult with management or technicians, and relay updates to customers as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. + 2+ years of experience in shipping administration. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with data entry. + Knowledge of SAP. + Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to go permanent and take on additional responsibilities around the office. You will be standing in the warehouse to enter shipping data. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
