Job Description
We are a small, passionate game development studio preparing for our annual 24-hour gaming marathon, which includes giveaways of exclusive swag and merchandise. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Shipping Administrator to effectively manage our shipping backlog and ensure timely delivery of packages.
ResponsibilitiesOrganize and ship a backlog of packages, including international shipments.Handle logistics with USPS, FedEx, and other carriers.Prepare and label packages for outgoing shipments.Track and confirm deliveries.Maintain accurate shipping records.Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of event-related merchandise.Essential SkillsExperience with shipping logistics, particularly with USPS and FedEx.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.Comfortable lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs.Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach.Additional Skills & QualificationsClerical skills.Order selection and picking experience.Work Environment
The role is based in Bellevue, offering flexible hours within a 40-hour work week, fully onsite. The position is temporary for one month, with the potential for recurring assignments. The environment is fun and creative, surrounded by a passionate team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
