Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to efficiently manage customer units for services, coordinate equipment movements, and ensure accurate data entry for service requests.
ResponsibilitiesIssue and track customer units for services.Arrange for the movement of ordered equipment.Review customer purchase orders for required services.Enter all data related to requests.Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status, consulting with management or technicians, and provide updates as necessary.Essential SkillsProficient in order entry and data entry.Strong customer service skills.Experience in order processing and inventory management.Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Familiarity with ERP systems and SAP.Logistics knowledge.Additional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of shipping administrative experience.Experience with Excel and ERP systems is required.Work Environment
The role operates Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The position involves working in both office and blue-collar environments, requiring periods of standing in the warehouse to enter shipping data. This is an opportunity to potentially secure a permanent position and take on additional responsibilities around the office.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
