We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently in a small warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and label products for shipment according to company standards.Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Essential SkillsProficiency in inventory management, shipping and receiving.Experience in packing and order picking.Ability to perform general labor duties.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience operating basic warehouse equipment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment
The role is based in a small warehouse setting with moderate noise levels. It is fast-paced and physically active, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
