**Job Title: Shipper** **Job Description** As a Shipper, you will assist in picking orders, boxing, packaging, shrink-wrapping, and palletizing orders. You will utilize a pallet jack and scan gun to ensure the accuracy of order picking and verification against order forms. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders accurately and efficiently. + Box, package, shrink-wrap, and palletize orders. + Operate a pallet jack and scan gun. + Verify orders against order forms to ensure accuracy. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping, MUST HAVE. + Possess a positive attitude. + Ability to stand for 8 hours. + Capable of lifting 50 lbs. + Strong attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months experience in a warehouse with shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking is nice to have. + Experience with large orders, general labor, and material handling. + Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. + Ability to write and read English. + Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. **Why Work Here?** Join a company where growth and internal promotions are a significant focus, providing you with opportunities to advance your career. The position requires working from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
