About the Role
As a Shipper at Atlas Tube a division of Zekelman Industries, in Kansas City, MO, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient material handling, accurate order fulfillment, and strong inventory flow to support shipping and receiving operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, values accuracy, and prioritizes safety.

Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $19.50 per hour plus Production Incentive Bonus

What You’ll Do

Champion and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Prepare materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment.

Process and fulfill orders from customers and internal teams.

Pick, pack, and stage orders while verifying accuracy using scanning tools.

Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers.

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and report any damages.

Replenish warehouse stock and rotate inventory to support timely fulfillment.

Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance.

Who You Are

2+ years of warehouse experience preferred, ideally in steel or tubing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic math skills for accurate order processing.

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment preferred.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

Physical Abilities

Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Ability to work in a loud manufacturing/industrial setting.
