Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welder Fabricators to join our team for upcoming projects around the state. This role will involve working primarily in our local fabrication shop. The ideal candidate should have experience in MIG and Stick Welding, specifically working with mild steel of varying thicknesses from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch. The role includes fabricating metal boxes with 90-degree angles as part of the weld test.

We offer great benefits, including a 401K plan. In the maintenance department, you can expect a raise of $2-$5 after a 6-month contract, with another raise at the 1-year mark. Work Environment

You will be working in a huge concrete aggregate company. While the environment can be dusty and dirty, you will spend most of your time in the shop rather than outdoors. Hard hats are not required in the shop, making it a more comfortable work setting. The work hours are from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with additional hours on Saturdays as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
