What You'll Do – Shift Technician Role: + Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager, you'll be responsible for: + Performing planned preventative maintenance (HV & LV systems, HVAC plant/equipment) + Previous data centre or mission-critical facilities experience is preferred + Working knowledge of electrical systems for maintenance of HV & LV systems is required + Monitoring BMS systems for performance and alarms + Addressing on-site air-conditioning issues + Conducting building inspections and reading utility meters (UPS, PDU's, etc.) + Fault-finding and executing repairs + Preparing timely and accurate reports + Ensuring work complies with industry regulations + Building strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders What You'll Need: + Valid Mechanical (AC/R) License /ARC License + Minimum Certificate III qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration + 3-5 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration is required + Valid OH&S cards - optional + Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous) + Valid Driver's License + Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems- Nice to have + Australian Citizenship – required for NV1 Clearance + White Card – optional but preferred Ready to Power Up Your Career?
